Frequently asked questions

  • What is a CMR?

The CMR is the consignment note used for international road transport. It takes its name from the abbreviation of the United Nations convention that governs these shipments. It records the shipper, carrier and consignee, a description of the goods and the delivery details, and serves as evidence of the contract of carriage.

  • Which regions do you cover by road?

We organise full and part loads on routes to Europe, the Middle East and the Turkic republics. When you ask for a quote, just tell us the loading and delivery points.

  • What does the transit time by road depend on?

It depends on the distance, the border crossings on the route, customs formalities and the drivers' legal driving and rest times. For part loads, collection and distribution add to it. That is why the transit time is set for each shipment according to its route.
